Policy
- Only a maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room with one child.
- Sharing bed with the parent having age less than 12 years.
- Only one extra mattress will be allowed in one room.
- Infants and Children below the age of 4 years (only 1) without extra bed will be complimentary.
- Meal supplements are not carried forward and cannot be adjusted with other meals.
- Meal supplements are served in buffet at the restaurant and cannot be serviced in rooms.
- In case of lesser occupancy fixed menu will be extended to the Guest.
Check-In/Check-Out Time
- Check-in Time - 10:00 AM and Check-out time is 08:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night's room rate.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled from 00 to 15 days before the check-in date 100% booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 15 to 30 days before the check-in date 50% booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 30 days or more before the check-in date 0% booking amount will be charged.
- No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs.
- The hotel is not responsible for room cancellation due to the cancellation of FLIGHT/FERRY.
